Hey all you runners out there! If you are looking into hiring a running coach, I know someone you should know! Lauren Leonard is a yoga teacher and running coach and one of the nicest humans I know. She is the perfect mix of kind and hard working. You are going to love her.

After our yoga teacher training mini date was frozen out {I want to say it was in the single digits}, Lauren and I opted to meet up on a much warmer day for a quick yoga mini at the beautiful Hale Reservation in Westwood, MA. Here is a place I would love to go back to both personally to hike and professionally to photograph. Westwood, MA Yoga Photo Shoot {W/ Deb Mareb}

I had the pleasure of photographing Deb Mareb, the owner of Yoga of Yarmouth Port {that’s the Cape for those of you not local} just days before it opened. Deb and I are in Jacqui Bonwell’s 500 hour yoga teacher training program and when I reached out to those who had signed up for minis when the forecast showed that it would be in just single digit weather, Deb was like, I’m in. We’re good. And sure enough, she showed up in flip flops and owned it. Deb, a huge congratulations to you on the opening of your beautiful new studio! I cannot wait to come visit it.
