My son with our homemade Black Lives Matter sign

I stand with Black Lives Matter.

I wrote a lengthy blog post on my site, Plant Based Baby, and you can read that here: Plant Based Baby on Black Lives Matter (And What I’m Doing About It). I believe my best way to serve is through parenting - learning to truly be anti-racist and teaching that to my son. More details on that are in the blog post.

I have not been extremely active in my photography business since my son Mateo was born three years ago. While I do continue to shoot (not during Corona though, of course) it has been limited. I am currently brainstorming how to contribute to Black Lives Matter on and through this platform. More on this to come.

For now, know that I am here. I’ve got your back.

So much love from my heart to yours,

Tracy

Please spread the word to anyone you might know who could benefit from this resource. I know the founders personally from my 500 hour yoga teacher training with Jacqui Bonwell and can say that you all are in good hands.

You can find more information on the Pause and Exhale website, including how to download their app and sign up for classes. Check out Pause and Exhale on Facebook and Instagram.

Pause and Exhale

Yoga and meditation teachers, listen up! If you’re looking to give back to the essential workers who are giving so much to us all, consider signing up to offer free online meditations through Project Pause and Exhale. My fellow 500 hour yoga teacher trainees have spearheaded this amazing project so all groundwork and logistics are laid out for you. They are looking for three more teachers!
