Winner’s Package
The winner will receive a one hour phone consultation to plan their photo session, a one hour photo session on location at their business or decided on appropriate location, a 3 week turnaround guarantee, high resolution photography files, digital gallery, printing rights.
Runner Up Package
Three runner ups will receive $100 towards a small business photo session.
Nomination Discount

Does the business have to be located in CT? Yes

Can I nominate multiple businesses? Yes! You can nominate as many businesses as you would like.
Do I need to have a store front to apply? No. Many of my clients work from home and we schedule photo sessions in all kinds of environments from beautiful kitchens for dieticians, to living rooms for therapists, to nearby parks for coaches to downtown areas for real estate agents. We can get creative and find a location that is meaningful to your business even if you do not have a storefront.
When will the photo session take place? Tracy Rodriguez Photography will schedule the photo sessions with the small businesses to take place within six months of when the businesses have been notified that they won.
How do small businesses benefit from a professional photo session? Professional photography can help businesses elevate a brand’s presence and stand out from competition. Even companies who have professional photography in use can always benefit from a refresh or simply have more content for the new year.
Where do businesses use professional photographs? Professional photography can be used across all platforms including websites, social media, retail ads, google listings, printed marketing materials and even printed, framed and hung in their stores and offices.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen by Tracy Rodriguez Photography based on the information provided in the nomination form.
Winner Notification: The winners will be announced on Instagram @tracyrodriguezphotography
Prize Claim: Winners will have 1 week to accept their prize.
Prize Fulfillment: Winners must redeem their prizes within six months of notification. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
