Boston, MA Engagement Session {Amanda + Mike}

This past spring, right as the weather was starting to feel fresh and you finally wanted to be outside, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful couple, Amanda and Mike, at the Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plain. I love shooting here and was so excited to meet with this lovely couple ahead of their wedding this summer. Here are a few previews from the day. Enjoy!

I knew while photographing this shot of Alexandra and Peter that it was going to be something special. The gentle breeze was just perfect enough to hold Alexandra's gorgeous floor-length veil in the air. {And thanks to my second shooter, MC, for giving it the initial lift and then literally jumping out of the shot! Yes, that's how these shots are created!} But I think it's their genuine kiss that makes this image prize worthy! Brookline, MA Engagement Session at Larz Anderson Park {Elizabeth + Jason}

I am so excited to share some sneak peaks from my engagement session with Liz and Jason earlier this month! Liz and Jason picked the gorgeous Larz Anderson park in Brookline as the backdrop for their photo shoot. I absolutely love shooting at this park because there is so much variety in the different areas. I love all of the unique structures and of course the trees this time of year are absolutely spectacular. The colors were just breath taking and this couple was absolutely adorable. And, we even got to include their two pups in a handful of shots! {Thanks to the mother of the bride and maid of honor for entertaining them the rest of the time!} I'm so excited to be photographing Liz and Jason's wedding next year. Cambridge, MA Engagement Session {Farah & George}

I had such a blast with Farah, George, and their little pup Fuego at their Cambridge engagement session in September. Farah picked the setting to take advantage of the gorgeous fall foliage in Boston this season. I loved the golden yellows, reds and oranges that looked almost on fire at golden hour. What a perfect backdrop! And you would have thought Fuego was a dog actor because he had such was such a trooper the entire time, with such a spunky, fun personality to boot! We walked along the water to take advantage of a few different looks and ended on some gorgeous stone steps. The weather was perfect, crisp but not too cold, a little breeze but not too windy. All in all, it was a wonderful session! Take a look!
