Practice Yoga Virtually - Support The Boston Yoga Community

How we can support ourselves and our community during the corona virus quarantine:

  1. Social Distancing - For non urgent matters, stay home.

  2. Practice Virtually - Links to both paid and free online yoga classes are below. I’ll be updating this daily.

  3. Share Socially - Let your friends know about great classes you took or want to take virtually.

  4. Purchase Gift Cards - This is temporary. We’ll be back in person and ready to use those soon.

  5. Stay Connected - Personally, I’m upping my video chatting with friends and family. Reach out to friends and family and anyone who you might feel is at risk.

  6. Get Outside - Go for walks, play with your kids in the yard, meditate with nature.

  7. Wash Your Hands - Duh
